PAYMENT
We only accept credit card payment through paypal.
Please not that all prices and payments made on this site are in Australian Dollar currency.
All prices are GST inclusive.
To proceed to the checkout, simply click on the checkout link.
A list of your order will be displayed showing you the total cost including postage.
To make payment click on the proceed button and you will be directed to Paypal.
If you are an existing member, simply login and pay. Alternatively you may want to set up an account or you can choose to pay by credit card by clicking on the continue button.
POSTAGE
Standard delivery in Australia
All orders are sent express, therefore they should be received within 5 - 7 working days.
$ 9.50 for postage and handling to anywhere in Australia
We endeavor to despatch your online orders within 5 - 7 working days. In the event that an item is unavailable, we will promptly notify you and offer you an alternative item or a refund. Please note that express post is not considered as registered post. Lost and stolen postage is not covered by insurance.
RETURN AND EXCHANGES
Founder the Third strives to ensure you are satisfied with your purchases.
Each garment is thoroughly checked and packaged with care before we send it out. If something isn't quite right, let us know within 10 days by sending us an email. We can send you another colour, a new size or an entirely different style.

When sending us an email please include the following information:-
- Please mark "RETURN or EXCHANGE" in the Subject line
- Full Name
- Email address
- Postal address
- Reason for return/exchange
- Item you wish to exchange for
Please include your reciept/tax invoice when sending return goods back.
Returns/Exchanges conditions.
If you have a problem with your order, please contact us within 10 days upon reciept of item.
Unless otherwise stated you may return or exchange goods within 20 days from date of dispatch. Returns beyond our 20 day condition will not be accepted.
Goods must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with tags still attached.
Please allow for 2 weeks from the day you return your item for you account to be credited.
Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges of returned goods.

Founder the Third understands that your privacy is important and ensures that information provided by you is collected and held in accordance with relevant Australian privacy law.
We make all reasonable efforts to ensure that information is stored securely both in electronic and physical form.
Any information that we no longer require is destroyed.
Personal information including your name, address, telephone number and email address will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of Founder the Third
Founder the Third does not collect or record any credit card details you may provide when purchasing products from our website.
Your credit card details are processed by Paypal, which is linked to our banks merchant account.
